Leptos VIP - Wow what a deal!!!

I was contacted by one of the representatives at Leptos Vip some months ago about a weeks holiday at Coral Beach hotel for only 295.00 euros. At first I thought that this was a scam but took the chance and purchased a voucher, although I did upgrade to a sea view room for 400.00 euros.

Having recently returned from the resort I can not beleive how genuine this offer was. The resort itself is ideally situated and totally relaxing. However the food and drinks can be expensive at the hotel but the main strip is only a 15mins stroll away and there is loads to choose from.

I was told that as part of the campaign I was to give a testimonial and photo of my family for them to use on the web site. This again is a genuine statement. Although we were taken to the sister hotel Thallassa which is just around the corner and was directed to the presidentail suite which is very nice although well out of my league. I was offered to join their VIP scheme which gives you unlimited access to their best rooms at a reduced rate and this is exended to other similar hotels around the world this was all very low key and not high pressure.

If anyone out their is contacted by Leptos VIP I would grab the opportunity while you can, as I beleive that there is only limited vouchers available.

We have just arived back and had a good week, the weathere was poor but that is hardly the fault of the hotel. By the way the reviews on trip advisor are suspect as there are two hotels called coral beach the Leptos one %26quot;Coral Beach hotel and resort%26quot; and another called the %26quot;Ascos Coral Beach Hotel%26quot;. I have never visited the latter but I do not recognise some of the comments listed for the %26quot;Coral Beach%26quot; they can not apply to the hotel that I have just stayed in.

There is a slight downside however. As part of the deal they request a testimonial from you and a photo of you to back it up and they take you to show you the presidential suite and the Thallassa next door (which are both very interesting, see how the other half live!) In the process of doing this they do make you an offer to join thier VIP scheme which involves a capital sum in exchange for limitless access to thier best rooms at a reduced rate and this is exended to other similar hotels the world over through a travel agents that they own. Sneaky this but all very low key and not high pressure, we just said no thanks!

We were not dissapointed by the Coral Beach and do not feel %26quot;scammed%26quot;, it is at least 4* if not quite the 5* that they claim, drinks and food are quite expensive but Coral bay is only 15 mins walk away and there are plenty of bars and restaurants there.

I will gladly answer any questions you may have and send you photos ahving just got back tonight it is now time for bed.

Oh come on Mike

This is word for word (including typo errors) of a reply on the other %26#39;is it a scam thread%26#39; by notwenam on 20th February. He%26#39;d just arrived back and was ready for bed too! What%26#39;s going on here?

This is a bona fide offer. You buy a voucher for Euro295 which entitles you to a 1 week stay in the coral beach b%26amp;b, the cost is per room. I too was sceptical and so I rang them and expressed my doubts because we could only go at half term. They allowed me to buy the voucher and spend it making the booking for the week I wanted all in one phone call.

Spotted another couple of these earlier too Saint but they were deleted for duplication.

Remember the Capital Coast thread last year? I think I can smell the same rat!

Yes I do remember that sorry episode very well Karen. You took some stick and we also lost a very valued contributor to the Paphos forum due to it. Wouldn%26#39;t like to see all that repeated.

Mike must commute between Durham %26amp; Leeds! Buyer beware that%26#39;s all I can say. I was once caught up in something like this in Florida some years ago. Made the grave mistake of showing interest and spent the bulk of my holiday avoiding annoying phone calls to my room.
