Spending - Ayia Napa

Would 100 euros a day be sufficient funds for coming to Ayia Napa for a week. We will be mainly wanting clubs and pubs with a little food thrown in. Does the town have Pizza Hut and Macdonalds and what are prices like there. Oh and what sort of prices to hire jet ski%26#39;s? Any help welcome.

100 euros isn%26#39;t oging to be enough if you are planning to club hard core with a bit of food thrown in. Entrance into clubs are usually 15 euros and if you can get a discount for club reps, get them. Drinks are gonna start from 5 euros in clubs/bars.

Jet skis are about 40 euros hire for 30 mins in Nissi Beach. I wouldn%26#39;t bother. Go bungee jumping instead!

There are burger king, mcdonalds, pizza hut, pizza express and all sorts. You won%26#39;t have a problem at all.

Thanks for that cant believe drinks start at 5 euro, does that apply to beers, we will have to get a six pack from supermarket before we go out, wouldnt it be wiser for clubs and pubs to lower prices as in the end they are one who will lose out if people dont go in. Beginning to wish now that we had stayed at home.

Just one more thing can anyone tell us how much to get in water park? Tell you what this is going to be some expensive week!

|||

Since this was the first waterpark to open in Cyprus, prices were cheap to begin with. Now not anymore.

When I went to the waterpark in Paphos, I paid about 25 euros (per person) to get in. So expect a bit more per person. This doesn%26#39;t include food or drink! So beware when you are inside the waterpark and all the beverages and food are tagged on the bar code on your wristband, you will find out the total cost at the cashier when you exit the place. Don%26#39;t worry, it%26#39;s worth it going to the waterpark if you haven%26#39;t been before and if you have, this is still a good day outing.

Its expensive but i guarantee you will want to go again, its ace

Look out for special offers in local press or on leaflet drops at your accomodation or in the street. All water parks in Cyprus genrally give some offers in peak season.

Not sure when you are going but last September we managed to find half price vouchers in one of the local papers. As there were 6 of us, this was a considerable saving and it was an excellent day out. We even managed to sneak a few snacks in, and didn%26#39;t buy any food in there at all.

Not forgetting if you are local (ex pats included) you will get discounted entry.
