Help, our flight arrives quite late into Larnaca and we then have to drive to Paphos - any tips for getting on the right road (whichever that may be??) Is Larnaca airport in a busy area or is it easy to get on the m/way for Paphos? Any tips or hints appreciated for two %26quot;old gals%26quot; visiting Cyprus for the first time early next month.

Once you come out of the Airport head up the signs for Ayia Napa you come upto a big rounderbout, turn left sign posted Limassol, just carry on the moterway %26amp; it takes you all the way to God%26#39;s little acre

Thanks Kev - you make that sound very easy! Any road numbers or motorway numbers for my co-pilot?

You should have no problems very straight forward Motorway A5 then onto A1 to Limassol then after Limassol it%26#39;s the A6 all the way
Really once you get on the moterway from Larnaca it%26#39;s just one straight road to Paphos. If you see Ayia Napa or Lefkosia then your going the wrong way lol

Hi
I can second Kev. It really is that easy. Straight through to Limassol and the same road takes you straight to Paphos. Its not quite like driving on the motorways in the UK, not as much traffice either.

About how long does it take from Larnaca Airport to the end of the motorway in Paphos? Normally fly in to Paphos, but the difference in flight price for Easter was incredible - £330 to Paphos and £178 to Larnaca!
|||
It is about one and a half hour - around 135km all motorway.

Thanks! Will make it a long trip for me, as it%26#39;s an hour from there on to Latchi. Never mind - the savings on the flights were worth it!

Kev, Just back and your directions were spot on - easy peasy - thanks!
