September holiday with children

Hi

We are planning to take a 4-5 day holiday in mid September. We have little ones age 14 months to 9 years. (six children - 5 adults)

Is there an all inclusive with accommodation for 2+3? We don%26#39;t want to break the bank, but are looking for activities for the little ones. Beach is a MUST.

Any suggestions?
