getting married at capo bay this sept but was looking for advice on what to choose from the menus. we originaly opted for bbq buffet or carvery but my parents were in protaras on holiday last year and spoke to people and they said that the buffets can dry out really quickly as its not cooked in front of you and its best to go for a set meal. has anyone had the buffet options? what were they like? and any other recommendations for entertainment (prob going for a dj) and hairdresser would be greatly appreciated
thank u

Hi Jules
fantastic hotel good choice was re=furbished last year, a favourite hotel for most wedding couples, have been on many occassions %26amp; have had a sample of the buffet %26amp; BBQ they have all been fine to me, again everyone will have a diffrerent opinion to me
hope this helps
Just one other point these%26#39;s hotels cannot afford to dish out crap as they rely on there reputation, you also have more of a re=dress if anything goes wrong or if it is not cooked properly. Remember the adage %26#39;%26#39;You can please most people most of the time But you can%26#39;t please them all, all the time or something like that. Some gripe over gripe%26#39;s sake
Just enjoy your day %26amp; everything else will fall into place

Go for the Cypriot meze, as it will cater for all tastes. We had it at our Capo Bay wedding, and everybody commented on the quailty of the food.

Hi
There is a new haidressers opened at the Alva apartments just over the road from Capo Bay. Teresa was the English hairdresser at Capo Bay up to this year and has now taken her own shop it is behind the Parko Restaurant at the Alva and there are signs at the front of the restaurant. if you are interested her number is 00357 99768521 and her prices are very good. They also offer wet shaves and hot towels (a bit of pampering for the groom)
