lively places in protaras

hey

i%26#39;m off to kapparis next week and due to unforseen circumstances it looks like i%26#39;ll be going on my own.

so can anyone suggest some bars in protaras that i could go to at night with music and not stand out like a sore thumb - (i%26#39;m a 45 yr old who%26#39;s convinced she%26#39;s 10 years younger if that helps!)

hope you planning on using bus and taxis as you quite a bit away from protaras pernera would be your nearest for pubs but they might be a bit quiet for you as you say you feel younger.greenery or greens pub just opposite mcdonalds in protaras or bells bar very lively check it out on you-tube (elvis+karaoke). knights pub in pernera will get you a good night out.

yea hope to bus there and taxi back - will go anywhere that i can have something to sit and listen to - no raving required! just a nice sociable crowd where i can feel comfortable on my own really

Not sure if it%26#39;s still up and running but Mick Coyle(AKA Jimmy Spender who most Protaras frequenters will know)has a bar in Kapparis known as,funnily enough,Spenders.I%26#39;m sure if he still has it then you%26#39;ll be assured of a good nights entertainment when he%26#39;s there.Failing that he%26#39;ll be on in Protaras most nights,think it%26#39;s usually Rockafellas?

Spenders closed down ages ago. It%26#39;s now the Mello Bar.

Kapparis is open all year round and the bars have regular evening entertainment: The Corner Pin, Kennedys, Mello and Rodos Lounge.
