Usually minimum 24 or 25. However, you pay a bit more insurnace if you are younger.

so as im only 19 i probaly wont able to rent a car then

I managed to hire one when I was 21 as we went on fa mily holiday. my sister was younger than that but I can%26#39;t remember whether she was on the insurance or not. The ages can differ for each car hire firm is different so check a few out on the web and see what they say. You may be able to hire a car but pay a premium because of your age.

I highly suggest that you email or telephone the car hire companies in Paphos and ask what they offer to 19 year old drivers.

Try that. You should be able to bag a car eventually.
