What is the beach like next to this new build? Is the water suitable for snorkelling? How much of a gamble would we be taking booking this hotel if it is only opening in March?

The building was still not finished when I was last there in November. The beach just up the coast a bit is mainly pebbles with a little sand. I would not think it is safe to swim here as the waves are always huge and it seems quite dangerous.

We%26#39;ve just got back from Cypress and had a great week in the Theo Sunset, we stayed in a studio overlooking the sea on half board basis but the room was geared up for self catering if prefered, there was no building work going on and the rooms were big and spotless, the food was very good also, we didn%26#39;t go down to the beach because we hired a car and prefer to travel around but from what we saw of the beaches they were mostly pebble/shingle, we will be posting some photo%26#39;s soon and writing a full review, you would.nt be dissappointed at this hotel but is best suited for families and older people, it has a couple of bars but if you want nighlife you%26#39;d have to get a bus or taxi into Coral Beach, Hope this has been useful to you
