Health

Hi

We are staying in Oriklini near Larnaca 6th June for

a fortnight.

Do we require any jabs or anything prior to travel. I am interested more from a medical requirement rather than a Government condition of entry point of view.

Thank you

RH

We have never had any jabs for Cyprus- if you have a pre-existing condition which may cause you to take extra precautions then just check with your GP surgery - they often have travel clinics or specialist nurses now -and ask if they have ANY recommendations at all for Cyprus.

No you don%26#39;t need any innoculations before travelling to Cyprus. Health care in Cyprus is very good but do make sure you take out health insurance -your E111 on its own will only enable you to have treatment in a general hospital, health insurance will enable treatment in the private clinics. Hope you never need to use them but better to be safe. Take mossie spray with you and sun lotion - it will be hot.

Nothing needed, other than good suncare cream, big hat and a good thirst for plenty of water.

Enjoy, it will be warm.
