Limnaria Gardens Update

All 7 apartment blocks have now been completed and the second swimming pool is now in operation

Strange, they were still working on site on Monday 13th (outside areas, shutters etc) so there was still a degree of noise from machinery every day including huge cherry pickers and drills? Also, the second (un-heated!)pool was still not open when we left at 5PM on 13th April. I think it is unfair to give the impression on your post that everything is complete and pool open when it wasn%26#39;t at the time of your writing up until 13th - can%26#39;t say after that date but would be very suprised if that was the case!

I agree absolutely.

Paphos Lettings is a company and they are looking for rental income.

Please do not give people false assumptions. You must be honest. People prefer honesty. Some will be quite happy to stay in a place when they know that some works is still ongoing.

Like people say, honesty is a virtue.

Yes, they should be honest. They advertise the second pool as %26quot;heated%26quot; but it won%26#39;t be until end of year and is yet to be in use - although it is filled, there are problems that pairs of men kept coming and %26quot;looking%26quot; at but seemingly doing nothing! Also, they advertise a jacuzzi in the main pool but that and the poolside showers, were off all week too. Building work is definitely ongoing but I guess it%26#39;s bow you define %26quot;building%26quot; - it is mostly internal but there is also landscaping to do outside and that involved one of those noisy tamping type machines for large chunks of time. It didn%26#39;t spoil it too much for us but we should have been given more info beforehand - I only found out about any building work on this forum - Paphos Lettings said nothing about it on booking. Well done to the Forum - great info and friendly people always willing to help!

Hi

If you read out testimonials we are a very honest company and would never try and mislead potential guests.

I visit the complex almost every day and I also ask for feedback from all the guests that stay there.

From mid April ish swimming pools are warm enough not to need to be heated so it is a bit much to ask the developers to heat the new pool when it was only filled with water last week.

How do you account for the fact that you stated on 9th April that all blocks were completed when work was still ongoing on the 13th? Even if it was just little bits of clearing up work, you should have waited before making your announcement.

|||

Not sure when or how you will be asking for our feedback however, I must point out you did not tell us of the building work when we booked and if you visit daily, you will know that very few adults could cope with the coldness of the pool despite the warm weather. It is unlikely it will be comfortable until high season. What about the jacuzzi in the main pool- why was that off along with the poolside showers and the lights at night all around block D?

When was the fencing around the second pool removed?

I%26#39;m sorry Paphos Lettings but you haven%26#39;t been compeletly up-front. Your video on the website shows the second pool free of fencing - that must have been taken in the short few hours when the big fencing was removed and before the taped fencing was re-erected to keep guests out (ie between Tues pm and Weds last week)
